I believe that fitness and wellness are achieved when a client can find a sustainable plan of eating, a movement practice that they love doing and a mindset practice to support it all.

I believe in the practice of affirmations so that a client can learn to truly love their body.

I don’t believe in very low calorie or over-restrictive food plans.

My coaching is personalized to the client’s needs. Some clients will have aspects in which they don’t need as much support and others where they need more support. My goal is to help you fill in the gaps so you can experience greater health and happiness.

If you are looking for someone to help you get “skinny,” then I am not the coach for you. If you are looking to improve your life by making improvements to your health, I am the coach for you.
